Our medium of shipping helps customers to save on transportation charges while ensuring that our products reach our customers in the least possible time. We normally ship your packages within 1-2 business days of receipt. Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of purchase.

COD Shipping:

No, we do not provide Cash on Delivery Service.

With our knowledge, safe packaging and unparalleled standards, we stand ready to ship your parcel right. Once we dispatch your order, you will get a mail with the tracking details. You can track your order on a courier partner website by entering tracking details.

Shipping Errors

We check all the orders before processing so that they can reach you safely. However, mistakes may occur due to factors beyond control. If the mistake is ours (for example: received the wrong package, incorrect items, missing items, etc.), we will rectify it at no extra cost. Exchange Policy

At C9 Airwear, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, as items purchased through C9 Airwear are intimate in nature and come in direct contact with the user, certain limitations do apply.

All products are sold “as is." The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued unless the items purchased are damaged or defective.

Bras, Sleepwear, Sportswear, and Swim Tops purchased at full price are eligible for exchange subject to items being returned in Original condition. Any item purchased during sale periods on discount are not eligible for exchange.

In order to exchange an item:

Inform us via email within 15 days at customercare@c9airwear.com and we will arrange the return pick for you.

Defective items should be returned within 2 weeks from the date of original shipment.

All items returned to us must be in original condition with all original tags attached and must be free of any odour and/or stains. Assessment of the condition of the returned item(s) will be at the sole discretion of C9 Airwear.

The item must not have been worn, washed or otherwise used.

In the event that an item has been damaged during the shipping process, the damaged bag should be returned along with the damaged goods.

Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


Returns & Refunds

Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they highlight the important information & guidelines regarding your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any product’s purchase.

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” refers to C9 Airwear that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy. Customer: refers to the person who signs up on our website to purchase the product.

Damaged Or Defective Products

If a damaged or wrong product is being delivered to you, the customer is eligible for product exchange. Customers have to provide pictures of the damaged product on the provided contact details and after verification, the customer will be eligible to receive an exchange. If you receive a defective product, send us images below whatsapp no or email us at the earliest and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the customer experience team, a new product will be provided and shipped after confirmed by our team.

Cancellation Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with our products. In case, After placing an order if you change your mind, but before it is dispatched (within 24 hours of order placement), you just have to inform us by sending an email mentioning your order number to customercare@c9airwear.com. Please note that C9 Airwear has a right to reject cancellation requests. Orders once dispatched from our side cannot be cancelled and you have to accept your order at time of delivery.

Return Policy

You can return the product within 15 days of the delivery, after 15 days we will not offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may refuse returns where it's obvious that the product is used. For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, panties, or shapewear panties, or an opened box of a lingerie set that includes panties.

Return Process

First of all you need to login into your account on C9 Airwear.com

Click on the RMA option in the left side menu and click on "Request New RMA".

Choose order ID on which you want to apply return / exchange and Fill all the mandatory details and click on submit request

You will receive an email on your registered mail ID

We will arrange a reverse pickup or you can also ship product to us on below address:

We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us a minimum 14 working days to process any refund/exchange or issuance of credit in your wallet/Bank/Credit Card.

In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 21 days from the date of the receipt of request from the customer
